THING FABRICS SUN
Thing Fabrics Sun
Thing Fabrics Sun is a towel fabric that has been created by using the ultimate raw material—Tip Top Gold Yarn.
Suvin Gold—the raw cotton used to produce this fabric was developed in India and released in 1974.
It is the hybrid of an Egyptian cotton . Tip Top Gold Yarn only uses first-pick and second-pick raw cotton,
which is grown while absorbing the soil’s best nutrients.
Although India is one of the world’s big-three cotton-producing countries,
Suvin Gold accounts for a mere 0.025% of all cotton harvested in India annually.
The Suvin variety’s unique characteristics include the fineness of each fiber and exceptionally long fiber length.
This places Suvin Gold among the world’s highest quality extra-long staple cotton (ELS) varieties.
The towel’s pile yarn is spun using an original, ultra-soft twist process.
The resulting yarn is further twisted, and transformed into a hybrid yarn that possesses both exceptional softness and
steadfastness. By then weaving the towel with high density, we realize a pile with luxurious texture that achieves a very low
ratio of fallen threads. Through an unswerving commitment to the best quality materials, and taking ample time needed to
produce the finished fabric, we have realized the ultimate in towel fabric.
